What more can you say about the amazing Ryan Giggs? He played his record 900th fixture for Manchester United at Norwich City today and scored a crucial injury time winner. United turned out 2-1 winners at Carrow Road to keep the pressure on Premier League leaders Manchester City.
Aged 38 years, Ryan has won four FA Cups, two Champions Leagues and has 12 Premier League winners medals and all for the mighty United. A one-club man, Giggsy holds the record for the most competitive appearances for the Red Devils.
He is the most decorated player in English football history. He was awarded an OBE in 2007 for services to football and won BBC Sports Personality of the Year in 2009.
His record is simply astonishing and it’s been an absolute pleasure, as a United fan, to have watched Ryan over the years. And as today proves, he’s not finished yet!
In my Triple Quest, watching Ryan Giggs has made certainly added to my general happiness.
